There are no entry requirements for agents to join the platform. They can operate independently and use FNG for additional opportunities. However, FNG hopes that agents will eventually recognise the benefits of introducing their own players to the platform once the proof of concept has been demonstrated.

FNG's responsibility is to ensure that all paperwork is accurately onboarded and approved before presenting any opportunities to the system. The system will upload the mandate, and the relevant agent with a strong relationship with a mandated club will be notified. While FNG's standard mandate template covers all clubs with which they have a strong relationship, it can be customised if the player has already had contact with a specific club.

If you are working on a third-party mandate (e.g. a player's agent has mandated you), then you would sit in the middle of the transaction sharing the commission split equally with FNG. The commission structures are standardised for everyone involved and are outlined in the Heads of Terms agreement.

FNG is a selective network that only invites agents with a proven track record of success. We understand that relationships in football can shift over time, with individuals moving from one club to another. To accommodate this, FNG offers a 'Relationship Pitch' process, allowing agents to request a change of club or an additional club based on a relationship change or when a club individual switches clubs. FNG reviews these requests regularly and makes decisions based on the network's continued strength and concept.
